DANA FIRES BACK AT CRITICS
PLUS: THUG ROSE IS BACK

What’s up fight fans? We are literally days away from one of the most stacked cards of the year. But before that we got a crunch UFC Fight Night coming our way plus some interesting fight news for all of you as well.

DANA DOESN’T BELIEVE MUSK VS ZUCKERBERG IS A GIMMICK FIGHT
Dana White refuses to bow down to fans' comments who were labeling a fight between Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk as a gimmick matchup. He believes that’s a fun fight which everyone would want to see and can draw massive numbers of pay-per-views.

THUG ROSE TO FACE MANON FIOROT AT UFC PARIS
Last seen in one of the most boring fights in UFC history against Carla Esparza at UFC 274, former Strawweight champ Thug Rose will move up a weight class to fight a worthy contender in Manon Fiorot at UFC Paris. The French native is undefeated in her last 10 fights.

CEJUDO VS CHITO VERA CANCELED FOR UFC 292
Just a week and a half after Dana announced an exciting bout for the Aljamain VS O’Malley card, sh*t hit the fan. Henry “CCC” Cejudo announced on Twitter that a 50% tear in his right shoulder will prevent him from being fight ready on August 19th. Even though Cejudo says he loved the matchup against Chito, he seized the opportunity to callout the #1 Bantamweight contender; Merab Dvalishvili.

UFC ANNOUNCES SPECIAL CARD FOR MEXICAN INDEPENDENCE DAY
Last Wednesday, Dana took to social media to reveal that the UFC will hold an event on September 16th to showcase some of their best Mexican fighters. Now one might assume that the fights will occur somewhere in Mexico, but one would be wrong. The card, headlined by Grasso (VS Shevchenko) and Kelvin Gastelum (VS Shavkat Rakhmonov), will be held at the T-Mobile Arena…in Vegas.

DRICUS DU PLESSIS FIRES UP BEEF WITH ADESANYA
Du Plessis who will be competing in a title elimination fight against Robert Whittaker at UFC 290 can't seem to keep his mouth closed. Once again the South African has added fuel to the fire by claiming that he manhandled Israel Adesanya in a wrestling training session back in 2014 in Thailand. If he wins his fight against Whittaker he will be awarded a title shot against Israel Adesanya next.
